For instance, what industry (i.e., media, food service) and what category (radio station or printing; full service franchised restaurant or independent pizza parlor) are you in? Annual sales and net profit (include all owner benefits); What region/state? Is real estate included? If there are fixtures, equipment and inventory, what's the estimated value, and so on.

In some cases we make recommendations as to steps the owner(s) might consider that would positively impact the resultant valuation. We do all of this for a fee ranging between US$2500-$10,000.
